I'm after a new set of wheels for my 29er XC FS and rather like the look of these DT Swiss XR 1501Â
My current wheels are DT Swiss under the brand stickers and they've been great, but I fancy something lighter without going down the carbon route as that's just too rich for my pockets.
I'm pretty limited on factory builds as i have a Rockshox RS1 and therefore need the funky predictive steering hub, and once you've bought a Predictive steering hub, a 148 rear hub it's hardly worth building them yourself and I've never had an issue with factory wheels in past.
Another option is an Italian brand Ursus and their Alcor Wheels which are WTB i23 rims laced to their own hubs with Sapim D-Light spokes, what are the i23 KOM's like for the type of riding I do?
