[Closed] X9 Fron mech

Ok So probably a setup issue but for the life of me I can't get my new X9 front mech to shift to the big ring, just doesn't seem to go far enough....

So do they sell it in a 2 ring version and if so how would I know which I had (emergency purchase from Halfords following a mid commute breakage)

Looking at the limit screw neither of them is in play so I think I have full travel available to me.

I have the cage in parallel and just above 1 to 2mm the big ring on the outside face of the cage.

I have noticed the inside edge of the cage catches on the middle ring but it would lead to a significant gap between the outer cage plate and the big ring if I also needed the inside plate to clear the middle (if that makes sense)

Any thoughts or help please, driving me mad......
