Without really paying attention I disassembled my x7 shifter to replace a cable (yes I know NOW about the hole to do that). Anyway, I can't figure out how to get the spring back in... anyone got any idea how it fits back together as the SRAM service guide doesn't help at all.

I gave up when I did the same on my X5 shifters - couldn't work it out at all.

dirtbiker - wasn't much help but I did it like a jigsaw puzzle until I figured it out. Course I've not tried it properly yet 🙂
