[#7196214]

Morning.

I'm interested in getting a pair of X-Fusion Trace's for my Solaris- anyone know easy it is to adjust the travel down from 140mm to 120mm?

Cheers,

Paul

When I got my Slant forks from 18bikes they did the travel adjust for me before sending them out. I believe it's not a difficult job if you're happy messing about inside a fork

Cool - will see of 18 bikes have them in stock.

Just watched the video, and there is a couple of specialist tools required.

When I got my metrics they were adjusted by upgrade cycles before they got to freeborn cycles.

My traces have an adjuster on the left leg, twist and it locks it at 120mm.

So. Is it worth the extra cash to get the 2015's?

Ponders...

If the adjustment is the same as Velvet's then I have a pdf of how to do that I can email you if you like.

Ok cool. I had it as it I'm told it's the same for the Slides on my solaris.

Currently at 100mm but tempted to try then at 120 in the future.
