Weirwolf or Prowler look quite nice, especially the new 2010 Weirwolf but never tried them or know anyone who runs em, opinions?

The Weirwolf LT (low-tread) seemed well praised as a fast high-volume option. The new Weirwolf has a different tread compared to the old one, so bear that in mind with respect to reviews!

run a numer of 29er WTB tyres - wierwolf LT is great all rounder, nanoraptor is a good summer, exiwolf seems to be somewhere in between...

definitely rate them for 29ers, never used them 26...

Weirwolf low tread - outstanding tyre. Run mine as low as 20 psi with tube, no problems. Also very fast and very comfortable as it's huge(make sure it will fit in your frame/forks before you buy).

Weirwolfs here. Fantastic tyres.

Will switch the other bikes to them when the current tyres wear out.

I run a pair of 2.1 wire bead weirwolfs on the SS and they are okay but I have pinched a few times on them.
I have used a pair of 2.35 kevlar bead DNA rubber version on the hardtail for some winter off piste riding and to be honest they were okay but a bit draggy now the weather and trails are dry.
I have now switched to Ardents 2.25 which I love for good combination of grip speed and volume but will probably run the Weirwolfs next winter too as the ardents are pants in the mud.
