The 2011 WTB range has some TCS rims which are apparently their take on Mavics UST rims.
The wee diagram seems to show a rim just like the 819s etc, but without any funky spoke nipples. How does that work then?
I was a big fan of my laserdisc trail rims when I had them, a light UST version of the same would be ideal!

Hmm. Much webgeekery later, I think they're just WTB rims supplied with a specific rim strip and valve.
No bad thing I suppose, keeps everything simple.
