I've just replaced a WTB Nano on the back of my bike and it's around 5mm narrower then the one on the front and looks to have a lot less volume. Both are 700 x 40c light /fast version on the same rims.
Whats going on?

Give it a day or so it will probably swell out

It will grow after a day or two just being inflated, after a few rides it will grow even more, mine are 44mm at the moment.
