Leading the shorter club ride today. The Ladies trip to Mallorca is only 3 weeks away and they are getting faster and more excited.
Puddletown last night,

spent an hour resurrecting my old hardtail
Same here. Family day, full of Easter eggs, but spent a few hours this eve fitting a new-old-stock XT front mech to the old hardtail as the original one has been seized for ages. Rain forecast tomorrow 👎
Stunning day here so I had a lovely solo 70km explore around the local area.
Even had a little lay down when I was surprised by a rut in the other side of a blind crest.
Couple of pics of my mate H from Trusty's phone with the blur filter on. And the other 2 of the lush conditions. I didn't take any which is a shame as it's pretty much peak bluebell in the FoD. Expected wetter conditions after quite a lot of rain but still mostly bone dry, with just the odd (very) slippy bit just where you didn't want it!
That's my fourth 1200m+ climbing ride in 10 days. Surprisingly can still walk this morning.
Few more... what a stunning day as well. Blue skies and warm after a chilly start. Managed to secure a table in the pub by the river. Was not keen to leave to ride the last 10km home!
Glorious Swaledale for us. Managed to ride with my brother and sister which is a rarity, and do some good easier rides with my son. Perfection!
Little spin out on the gravel bike. Caught a colleague’s cold so took it easy for 25 miles.
M
anaged no chocolate as well!!!
Managed to bypass most of the crowds for a lovely couple of days in the Peaks. Cavedale was far too busy to get a good run at but the rest of the ride was superb nicely finished off with a few runs of the excellent Win Hill trails.
and then a local loop to take the HT over 6k miles.
