I don't think I'd worry too much about it to be honest as headtube area looks to be pretty solid..

Steering wouldn't exactly be quick!

The early ETSXs had a reputation for cracking (around the seat tube/rear stays?). Thats a shorter travel one as well I think so older. Those forks are way too long as well for that frame. So with a barge pole, touch, I would not.
