[#391449]

ive currently got talas on my full sus but rarely use the travel adjust any more ive just bought some floats to put on my new frame. Which i think will be a 456 so thinkin of sticking floats on the sus and talas on the onone my thinking is as its made for different fork lengths then adjustable forks would be ideal. Any thoughts cheers

I've got a Talas on my 456.Winding it in a bit for steep climbs works a treat.Deff worth a try as you have the fork already.

Had a set of 36talas on a ti456 - super slack and brilliant at crashing through things but unless you are riding stuff that points down bigstyle a set of pikes will make better sense 95% of the time.

Largely nonsense IMO (for hardtails at least)

just out of interest which floats did you get and how much u pay for them? i'd love a pair of the new 32 float RLC with the new axle but i can't find them much cheaper than 600 quid

oh i got a set of mint 07 rlc not new ones. Paid 210 posted. If i want it stiffer i have a 9mm rws set up or can get new lowers with a service still much cheaper than new :-)tho to be honest i think they will be sound with the solid wheels im going to be using. Ive only ever felt the talas ones being flexy with my lightweight race wheels
