I'm considering putting some chunky rubber on the front end of my fully rigid 29er, with Project2 forks with Mudhugger. Currently running Maxxis Forekaster 2.35", no problems with clearance -but this tyre doesn't really seem huge at all.
Would something like Chunky Monkey fit there as well, leaving a bit of space for mud collection?

Had 29 chunky monkey in my P2s with loads of room, CMs not a huge 2.4 compared to maxxis wt
