I and a couple of mates have bought this one,
www.onlinebearings.co.uk/folding-telescopic-bike-work-stand-c-410-p-1-pr-16463.html

I got it and my mates followed suit after seeing it, they are really well built, and at a very good price, I looked at quite a few and found this one to be the best for the money.

I used to have one of them ^^^.

Now I've got one of these

I prefer the Park Tool but see it has gone up in price, quite a bit, since I bought mine.

I've got one similar to Pendlechris - got mine from Edinburgh bike coop, think they are knocking them out for £70 quid now, which is a tenner less than I paid 👿
My only experince of a stand but seems to do what I want it to and I have no complaints

I have a PCS9 and it's very sturdy and has a metal clamp. Winstanleys had them at £80 couple of months back.

It's the same stand and £100 with a tool kit.

Hijack... I have recently built my dream shed, and I would like a stand, but is there any type stands that either come off a wall, clamp to bench, or anyone with pics of something homemade that does the trick or works as mentioned as finances are super tight?

Park one as ever looks pretty cool, would be able to stay on the bench and not get in the way for other stuff too much, now I need the DIY version...

This was my old outside solution, pretty sure I could do better!. 🙂

An old seat post fastened to the ceiling of my workshop served me well for a few years

uplink, now your talking right in my price bracket... I got a decent vice must be able to fashion something that clamps in, seatpost on ceiling is a brilliant idea.
