[Closed] Workplace Bike Stands

Hi Guys,

Does anyone know where I'd find guidelines for the way in which sheffield stands should be fixed. We've got our landlord to install some (after various no bikes in the office/provision of stands to-ing and fro-ing) but they don't seem too well bolted down.

I managed to loosen one of the 4 captive bolts holding one down with an adjustable spanner, making it easy to get a set of bolt croppers onto the shaft, prob 5 minutes work for a thief to loosen and cut all 4. I'd go the whole hog and crop the bolts to prove my point, but I don't fancy getting done for vandalism!
