Does anyone know if any are currently available, or would it be a custom job?

I dont know of any of the peg models but Tom @ Demon Frameworks in Southampton can probably build you whatever you need - im pretty sure he's doing a bike for his SO that will suit her 4'8" stature. Builds everything from track to dirt jump bikes and uses an array of Reynolds tubing so im sure he can do something to suit.
