Hi,
the GF is OK on a bike but lacks some skill & a bit of confidence so she was wondering if anyone knew of any where that ran a off road skills course.
i'm sure I've seen one some where but cant for the life of me find one.
cheers
where are you based there's a quite a lot about plus people that will do tailored courses.
I think Rachel Atherton runs one doesn't she? I was tempted to put on a skirt and a wig to see if I could get on one.
Where are you? AQR run good courses at Sherwood Pines.
The hub at Glentress runs women only instruction days. the instructors are women as well.
A Quick Release at Sherwood Pines.
My GF did a skills course with All Biked Up ( http://www.mountain-bike-guiding.co.uk/) on Holmbury Hill, Surrey, last summer - she seemed to enjoy it.
Thanks for the plug munkster.
If we're within reach (Surrey Hills) then we can certainly help out.
If it makes any difference we do have qualified female instructors. It is quite common for the ratio of boys to girls to be high on the ladies' side, plus we do women only sessions from time to time.

Sheffield but we've done north yorks and south Wales so as long as we can work it in and she's not on nights, some where in that region would be cool.
You might consider Llandegla - same CTC developed skills system, very nice people.
My SO went to AQR and recommends them, and they are running a womens skills course pretty soon I think
AQR for def and also Cycle Yorkshire, they run ladies only days in Chevin Forest Park.
