Does it needs to be WSD? Height? Wheel size?

Is the Soul available in 650B? That's what I'd go for. Am 5'5" and used to have a Small Soul, now have a Small Simple (both 26"ers).

Edit: how much travel?

Think I've already said Soul on another thread, but as your after 29 or 27.5, try a Bird or Whyte 905 (bit more expensive at £1599...but good value for money).

She was the only frame that I regret selling:

Wife's just got a 27.5 trek superfly, very happy. 5'3 on a 15 inch frame.

I've never met anyone who has owned (past or present) a cotic soul and not loved it!

Does she want a racey weapon or an a fun tral bike?

I'm with Cinamon girl and would choose the Cotic Soul any day - I'm always pinching my other halfs.

Something more racey (and which has had good reviews) are the Canyon hardtails but downside is she can't try one before she buys (they also do womens specific ones if that's what she'd prefer)I was going to get one for racing until I had a nice chat with my local bike shop and they sorted me out instead 🙂
