can anyone recommend a decent but inexpensive womans cycle helmet? 50/50 road/mtb
or are they the same as blokes ones? see i know nothing..

its not for me

Our biggest seller is the Giro Skyla. Looks nice, £30, seems to fit loads of people.

yea thats the sort of thing, i can see her in the white one with flowers.. but she will probably want a full face with skull n cross bones or something..

anyone else?

It's good all round, good adjustable fit, well made, good venting, etc...

Met Instinto is really good,about £45 but get her to try any helmet on- the instinto and a lot of women's helmets aren't different,they're just the small size of the mens coloured up.
