Hi,
I am down in Milton Keynes on a course with work on Thursday Friday this week. Biking has been a bit short on the ground for me of late with work and a new baby so was hoping to use this chance to take my bike and get out for a quick spin.
Noticed Woburn is close by so was thinking of trying to get out for a quick spin.
Are the trails here well sign posted and easy to follow? Looking for a quick hour spin out in the morning before work so something easy to follow would be handy!
Anything to note in terms of Parking etc?
Thanks
You want to park at sandy Lane in Woburn Sands
The longslade trail starts by the big metal gate
It is a bit muddy at the moment , but not too bad, there's a few diversions due to felling that dont help as the signs are a bit confusing in places,
I have a gpx if you like
It looks roughly like this

There are trails every few yards, its a small area. Just go and ride about exploring them. You will only be lost for a short while.
Following Kimbers advice is best for a short run if that's all you have time for. It's not a big big area but you can easily get lost and waste half your ride time - although it's the best way to discover the "good stuff".
Most of my riding includes periods of lost ๐
