Anyone about who fancies guiding a slowish rider around? I've been a couple of times but have yet to learn most of the routes!

I will be over that way on either monday or tuesday, but don't know the xc routes, I was planning to spend some time messing in the freeride area if you fancy that?

Unfortunately I'm having to keep my wheels close to the ground after breaking my ankle, hence the slowness! Are there any beginner size jumps in the freeride area?

That's a shame, there are some not too jumpy lines that are still fun and some smaller jumps. It depends on your ankle, but it is still worth a visit even after you do your xc bit.

I'll be up there at some time depending on what time I can slope away from work. If you see a middle aged bloke trying to look fast, on a Meta4 Commencal give ma a shout and I'll gladly show you around. I will be keeping my wheels close to the ground due to cowardice!
