Any good?

I'm heading down to Centerparcs with the family and wondering whether it's worth taking the MTB with me as Woburn is nearby.

Cheers,

Rachel B.

We're off there tomorrow (Centre Parcs). I'll be taking my bike regardless

i live here and yes its well worth it. Take £4 with you as the wardens are out in force at the moment. lots of single track to find and pretty difficult to get lost as your either high up and near the carpark or low down and near the jump area. I'm going in the next few hours.

Cool. Is it quite SS friendly as I'll probably take that?

Have they started rebuilding the jumps now?

I know people who do ss there bit I'm not fit enough to. The sand can/does play havoc in your gears in wet conditions so ss isn't such a bad idea sometimes.

Yep Woburn is awesome again now, all the lines are back to their former glory 😀 love it there, easily my favourite place to ride despite the short runs. I'll be there again after work this evening!

Take an OS map you can ride from the Parc as well

It has a loop of Bridleway round it and is connected to a good Bridleway network that could get you to Woburn and back mainly off road

I can't single speed. But IMHO there are some steep climbs about but then one can always walk

Do you need a permit?

No permit needed just £4 if and when a warden catches you. Or its £15 to ride as much as you want until end of Dec.
