Have taken delivery of a second hand standard 4" drop gravity dropper with remote. There is a bit of back and forth movement at the top/seat - is this standard or a sign of a worn seal etc ?

Thanks

Mine's had a fractional amount - you can feel it rather than see it - of play from new which I think is normal.

A bit of play is normal they do that from new. You can't feel it when riding.

Thanks guys. There is a fair bit of play but right enough you don't really notice it when riding.

Sounds like worn bushes, You can get the bushes direct from gd in America, cheap enough and they take paypal so it's easy to do
They've got some how to vids on their site as well

Does the seat wobble backwards and forwards or clockwise anticlockwise for want of a better description. If It's the latter its fine if not maybe needs bushes
