Wired-in eMTB lights- is there a thread already?

Its either my terrible searching, or the search function, or the fact that when you search for eMTB integrated lights you get lots of articles on Rise/Levo's.

I want to use the battery on my Orbea Rise to run a proper set of offroad lights this winter, to move away from Chinese stuff, and as an alternative to expensive Exposure. I can't find as much on it as I thought i would, and have a sneaking feeling that there is some AC/DC 12v electrical reason why the right current to run a motor is the wrong one to run a light from.

Is there a thread on this? Has anyone tried it already? And if so, what did you use?

Magicshine won the MBR grouptest, they do a variety of specs and adaptor cables:

Super thanks @johnnystorm that 2000 Lumens at £99 feels like the right option.

Cool, magicshine look like a decent compromise between quality and second mortgages! 🤣
