Using Stan's Flows with the rim strip but was wondering about fitting a wire beaded 2ply Swamp Thing. Will the wire bead seal or does it need to be foldable?

wire bead is usually easier to seat.

If you've got Flows, then you'd be much better running them with yellow tape, NOT ghetto.
Bead type doesn't seem to be an issue at all. The vast majority of Maxxis tyres work really well with Flows. If anything, wire beads seem easier.

Fair enough, tried it out with the Stan's rim strip, and it seated ok. Might need a drop more sealant but looks like it'll work ok.

Wire bead swampys on stans flow rims here, used the rubber strip and they seated and sealed easily with a track pump.
