Jesus, that's not a cheap TV!

And I'm amazed at that size it's "only" 1080p resolution, each pixel must be the size of a 5 pence piece nearly! You'd have to sit 50 yards from it to get a smooth picture!

The pixels would only be about 1mm. 1920/190cm.

I expect it's not aimed at home users, I mean 45 grand, the size of a bed and it's only got 1 HDMI port and no TV tuner.

pah, 82" panels are old hat

we regularly use 103" panels now. they are monstrously heavy.

and 1920x1080 is more than high enough for a screen of that size, particularly because not a lot will provide content any larger. the vast majority of projectors are used at 1024x768 and you don't notice the fact that the pixels are 2mm+ in size unless you are too close to it!

120" CRT? I'd like to see the LOPTX on that ... or the static generated 😉 that'd be pretty immense 😉
