Original Hope XC hubs, with ZTR Crest 29er rims and DT Swiss Comp spokes?
Will they be a good weight or should I blow a load more cash on some lighter hubs?

That'll make a lovely wheelset - light at the rim where it counts. Probably somewhere around 1650g, which is plenty light enough for a 29er wheelset for racing

I got the same last year but with 355s,
do go tubeless though to get the best out of 'em, no need for a kit
just valve and tape does the job great

@Twinklydave. I love your TD-1 btw!. I think you might quite like my new Rigid Ti build. I'll post pics when I get the wheels sorted.
