Just about to put in my cart on Superstar a pair of the DS25 blue rims...
However, I have a 2014 T129 and the blue is not quite the same as the rims. Will they look awful? Or should I just go for it?

Only if you add cables, saddle & grips all individually slightly the wrong blue too

Get as many shades of blue on the bike as you can. Bonus points for blue kit as well!
Luckily my new half nelson grips are black... not another shade of blue. I think I would have looked a right melon otherwise.

Coloured rims are ALWAYS awful. Especially if it doesn't go with the existing scheme. Don't do it.

Visit your local powdercoaters, take the bike with you and get the blue matched properly, tho I thought everyone knew that black ones are faster!
