[Closed] Will I pay import duty on a frame part from the US?

Turner are selling bolt through rear triangles for $421 inc shipping which is about £270.
Will I pay import on a part? And if so how much?

4.7% Duty + 20% VAT plus handling fee (£18 or so). Should come to about £360?

Vat + import duty + handling fee. Not sure of exact figures though
