.............I fit a pair of 140mm forks to my Kona Cindercone HT ????
After the now infamous TST problems with the bomber forks , I have had them sorted by Windwave in a very respectable 3 weeks. 8)
Ever the optomist I bought a second hand pair of RS Revs and to be honest these are now staying on my Meta so rather than sell the Bombers I was thinking of fitting them to my Kona. Is it feasible replacing 100mm travel forks with 140's or is it a daft idea ??

probably wont kill you but the geometry will be pretty strange
This is what happened when my mate put 135mm forks on his 100mm hardtail. It was good to watch!

bluuuudee !!! guess I'll give it a miss then , bad enough having a Commencal that'll prolly crack , withouy breaking my Kona anaw.

Don't fit them, buy my Z150's, don't do things by halves.
Fortunately it happened on holiday, so he just got an insurance replacement to the value of the whole bike.
