Looking to get a 2nd hand handjob frame but its the older one and max fork is meant to be 100mm. Would ideally like to run approx 120mm
Frame is well out of any warranty and itll only be xc stuff nothing gnar
Give it a miss and wait on a newer one to be safe???
My mate's running an older Handjob (I guess he's had it 3-4 years) with Revs set to 120mm and seems happy with it. He had tried it with 140mm but was too much in his opinion.
I have a freind who like above runs 120mm forks, the downside is the handling, Little bit slacker. Just give it ago they are pretty tough frames.
I've seen jon hammer his down stuff i wouldn't class as "xc". If it cracks get it welded.
I'd certainly agree that it's a tough frame - my mate can be a loony on a bike and his had held up fine so far...

Same here - tried it with 100mm, didn't like it so now running 120mm. Marvellous.

i ran a pair of pikes on this 2007 version.. didn't like the extra 10mm
For some reason I thought of sandpaper........but I think that might have been related to a different type of handjob
