It's tipping down with rain, blowing a gale, I've had no sleep in almost 24 hours because I've been on night shift and was up all last night fixing hearts, and I'm woefully underprepared as I packed all my kit before I left for work last night and have left loads of stuff at home.
So if you see a bedraggled figure at Hamsterley fighting with her new GoPro this morning, give me a wave!!
Oh, and the hospital canteen is shut because "it's Christmas" so I couldn't even have a pre ride bacon roll 🙁
