Interesting. Pretty sure Wiggins said he was probably going to stay at Sky, but Tinkov was making open offers to him on Twitter ages ago. No one really believed him about Sagan either...

Tinkoff have been prolific in his signings with Sagan amongst other big names, one hell of a team to contend with.
