Just used wiggle.co.uk for the first time and I thought I'd sing their praises for a bit as we are quick enough to post up negative comments:
My lad bought a Felt Compulsion from wiggle and we took delivery on Monday. On Wednesday the rear shock fell out due to a sheared bolt. We phoned wiggle and they promised to uplift the bike and deliver a new one asap. Being a born cynic, I expected this to take a couple of weeks at least, but no: faulty bike was uplifted on Friday and the replacement arrived yesterday.
Well done Wiggle.
Just wait till your credit card statement comes through... 😉
Wiggle are awesome with regards to customer service
I bought a saddlebag from them a few years ago and the first ride out it managed to work its way open and I lost all my tools
They replaced the saddlebag with a different make, and gave me £50 of vouchers for my lost tools
I'll always use them from now on, whenever possible
I will use them, but always use paypal.
