Duno about vouchers for Wiggle but have you had a look at the prices on Merlin? They seemed to be the cheapest last time i looked.

Whats the difference between the mono and the pro 3 hub?

I don't know think there is any technical difference between them. I think that they have just re branded the road pro 3 hub to the mono rs to avoid any confusion with the mountain bike hubs.
