Ordered two sets of brake pads to fit Hope M4 calipers. What I received was one set to fit the Mono M4 and and another different pair to for X2 fitment 😀
I've fired them off an email. Am I in for an uphill struggle?

free returns, look at the returns section on their website, print a form, print a collect + or Post Office label, drop it off. Easiest of them all really.
No, should be easy. They will email back a returns form and then you drop it off at your nearest newsagent or similar that does the pick-up.
As Ian says, returns is a very simple process. Select your order and use the returns process from there then collect+. Sometimes takes 3-5 days for it to get back (you can track it) but Wiggle in my experience very efficient at pressing returns.
Very easy, if I need to order stuff online I will always check Wiggle first for this exact reason.
Sucks they made a mistake, but it does happen with all online shops occasionally.
