Fair play to Wiggle for sorting a fault out.
Had a pair of Northwave MTB boots for christmas 2008 from Mrs C, didn't use till this winter due to having toe nails removed, ridden in only a few times the soles then parted from the upper.
Sent back on thursday last week, recieved e-mail to confirm replacement and carriage refund.
Excellent service as these were over a year old.
