I spoke to the customer services people. There is 'an error' with the product. See previous issues with Arrow XL on wiggle thread which might mean they just can't ship it. Of course they're also probably approaching the everyone for themselves stage now where people who can start dropping prices on stuff just after they've told their mates.

I spent ages on the customer service chat service trying to work it out with them, turns out they couldn't work it out. They said try again in a couple of days and hopefully we'll fix it.... sure, that'll work

I figured it out myself through a long and boring trial and error process. If you're ordering anything Ruffwear it kills the whole order. Anything else is fine. I had to remove the ruffwear kit to let me order other things I wanted

I removed the Ruffwear, but i also popped the tentbox in the basket..that kills the order too!

I was telling my wife about the tent boxes last night and she looked on Twitter about the non delivery, some one there said it was because they were actually out of stock. No idea who it was that said it though....
