bought some bike stuff from wiggle and triton cycles and both companies have used the same courier, some of the parcels got mixed up with different tracking numbers, the last parcel im waiting for seems to have been lost in the system.just wanted to know were i stand as ive done nothing wrong can i ask for a replacement for the lost parcel or do i have to wait untill its all sorted out.
in the mean time ive spent 4 hours of my own time trying to sort out the problem, can i reclaim my lost time.matt
Have you spoke to Wiggle to ask them for an update?
Have you asked them for compensation for the hassle?
Is the parcel lost or just delayed? - If its confirmed lost then i'd expect them to send you a new parcel.

very unlikely, how did you spend 4 hrs? Did you call/mail wiggle first? it's their problem you chasing it is not their problem or the courier.
been in contact with wiggle with 10 emails so far all they are saying is we will have to investigate the problem.
so how long do i have to wait for the outcome, why cant wiggle refund me and sort there problem out with DPD.
at the end of the day if they dont help me then ill just make there life really hard.

Yes, I'm sure you will. Just ask them politely to see you right, if you start "threatening" them you'll go to the bottom of the pile.

How can you make their life really hard?
Unfortunately some things get lost in the postal system.
There will be a process/time-scale that Wiggle will work to to try and resolve the problem.

how on earth are you going to do that??!!

4 hours???!!!!
can i reclaim my lost time.
Maybe if you go back in time you could spend a couple of minutes on email to them instead? It's Wiggle's problem to sort.

How long have you been waiting?
If your emails to Wiggle make as much sense/relevance as your post above, then I'm not surprised you're having trouble.
Are you chasing Wiggle for a parcel lost from Triton? Who mixed up the tracking numbers?
Just a case of waiting now that they have the 10 emails!
Pity you spend 4 hours doing god knows what, don't do that next time as that was a waste of 4 hours.
And don't go on some sort of bombing spree if that is what you mean't by making their life hard.
If I was desperate for the item I would order it again (possibly from another shop) and then send back the item
i wasted 4 hours been told my parcel was at a delivery office a hour away for me to collect when i got there they could not find the parcel after searching for 30 mins so thats 2.5 hours wasted, while i was there i was on the phone trying to sort the problem out there goes another 30 mins.
been at home on the phone speaking with DPD about the matter.
i have a frame from triton cycles with a tracking number of a parcel that i orderd from wiggle so wiggle say i have my parcel from them.
i could of just done nothing and said to triton cycles i havent got your frame yet.
but i try and help out best i can,ive taken pictures of every parcel with the tracking numbers on to make the process clearer.
wiggles issue is with the courier not with me i have done nothing wrong.
its frustrating when your buying things and the product doesnt turn up it will be 2 weeks on sunday since i ordered my wheel.
How can different parcels from different companies get their tracking numbers mixed upgive DPD a call and ask them lol
when you get your parcel from a online shop how do you prove there isnt the item in the box

And the reason Wiggle don't just sort it out in 5 mins is probably due to their desire to ensure that people are not claiming for lost parcels fraudently. Given your story, it sounds dodgy to me.
Would you not do the same if you sold and sent something (e.g. on ebay) and the buyer then claimed it didn't arrive even though you tracked the parcel and can clearly see that according to the tracking, it has arrived?
got a full refund now thanks for the replys
"wasted 4 hours been told my parcel was at a delivery office a hour away for me to collect"
Reminds me of when business post told me my parcel was at their depot to collect.
"great wheres your depot"
"edinburgh"
"errr.... im in arbroath mate. - you have brought a parcel from newcastle to edinburgh and expect me to drive down to collect it ? - id have been as well to drive to newcastle my self and collect it and save my self the cost of your half assed job. "
the outcome was it was delivered to my house in the end but the cheeky ****ers.
