What are they like to deal with for warranty?

I want to send my trace rear back but want to order another tonight so i'm not without it. Will I just get a refund or have they got to replace it?

Thanks

You need to go through the warranty process. You cannot order a replacement from the retailer in anticipation of a new replacement.

Just had a warranty repair on my maxx d and it took about a week including postage via lbs. same light came back but with broken bits fixed. ime of warranty claims cash or refund really not an option unless it's an mq dispute.

Plenty of cheap effective rear lights to use as a stop gap.

Exposure are also very good if you deal with them direct...

I had a front light sorted twice via wiggle. The first which came with a faulty spring they replaced, then when that developed issues it went back to Exposure and was repaired. But has since gone flakey again.

So Wiggle are pretty good, but I've gone off using Exposure as I like to be able to depend on a light!
