That's funny, I saw him in there, oooooh, not three weeks ago.
Just watched the starting speech he gave... that's definitely not a "well done chap" look on Froome's face, but being honest, even if he'd won the TdF he'd never have won SPOTY so he may just want to let that one go a bit. Bradley was the team leader and thats how cycling works. On the other hand, if the team let Wiggins take a shot at the 2013 TdF he probably has no chance to win and it costs Froome his chance to win, then he'd be justified to be pissed off.
