A kind gent gave me a £5 off voucher off £25 - expiring today. I went through and in the confirmation cart its not there - and when I re-enter it wont take it 🙁

The voucher cannot be redeemed; either it has been entered incorrectly or is not valid against your basket.
Does that mean its expire in the 30 seconds between entering and redeeming 🙁
Edit: I updated my email address for newsletters for a third time and got another £5 of £50 - still think the above is a bit tight 🙁
Maybe someone else saw it on STW and used it before you.
Stupid question - you were spending over £25 weren't you? You get that kinda message if you've tried to use a voucher that requires a minimum spend
I had a voucher that I knew hadn't been used before and that didn't work at the checkout. I phoned or emailed Wiggle and the kind lady gave me a new voucher code to enter which worked a treat.
think it more likely someone got in before you.
🙁 - oh well I updated my newsletter to a third email address and got my £5 off £50. Bit cheaky is someone nicked it off 'ere withint 4 minutes of posting but thats life I guess 🙁
