Is 11 kg light for a 29er hard tail with front suspension?

mine weighs 10kg for XC racing and i'd consider that pretty light.....11kg aint bad!

Is that a proper 11kg, weighed with pedals by itself on scales - or an internet estimation based on supplier weights and/or you on bathroom scales?

You could get some weight down with 26" wheels
