From that document, 62mm or 2.4 inches

This ^ although of course you can probably go bigger than its rated to. FYI to find the year from the serial which is not as good as the revision (B1 for example) the first 4 chars aaTb where aa is the week, T means it was made in Taiwan, and b is the year, in your case 31T5 means Week 31, 2015. What they will do next year though I don't know.
