[Closed] Wide axle square taper BB

I'm making my old Kona in to a Turbo B1tch and need to fit a road chainset. The BB width is only 110mm and doesn't give enough clearance even with the small ring taken off.

So I'd like a 122.5 or 127 just to be on the safe side, does anybody know the cheapest place to get one from?

BTW it'll be SS running 51:16 (I'll get a smaller sprocket if that's not enough but I'm hope the resistance on the trainer will make it hard enough for intervals).

Is there any other issues with running a wider BB will I get hurty knees or go bow legged?
