Like the 2017 but the 2016 is nearly a grand less.
I've heard the rear tyre clearance isn't good . They spec a 2.0 tyre.
Would a 2.1 ground control be ok?
I don't want to wear grooves in the swing arm.

Hi
A mate has just bought a 2016 in the sales (from Evans I think) and it has decent clearance on the rear.
I suspect it may be a half year model if that makes sense as if they responded to criticism by changing it part way through the year.
He's running a 2.25 Nobby Nic in it at the minute with no issues.
Cheers
Steve

I can get a 2.25 nn in the back of my 2016 .

They are ok bikes, my 129rs weights 30lb, apart from the rear tyre clearance c*** up by whyte. The original spec 2.0 wtb tyre is no good - why a 2.0 tyre?

Would i buy another one - probably not.
