I think they are POC gloves maybe he is sponsered by them ,helmet also.
it's so he doesn't get electrocuted riding along live powerlines, if you look closely you can see he is wearing rubber soled shoes too 😉

i find it tough to watch, always on edge he's going to fall. He is incredible.

They are the POCs. But, if he was wearing surgical gloves, it'd be because some surgical glove company offered him money to wear them 😉 He is not shy about sponsorship. Quick, time for a closeup of my shoes!

Impressive stuff an'all that, but like already said by one or two peeps, can't help thinking this type of vid is always being done more betterer by Chris Akrigg. Maybe not the technical black magic, but the down to earth, playing on yer bike ; yet 'wow' factor, type stuff.
He's so got to do the ET remake.
Shoes closer up still better than a stop for a swig of red bull.

i really like Akrigg vids... a bit more raw and it looks like he's having fun whilst riding. i also really like his style....
but macaskill aint half bad though...
