...when I've gone hard on the road bike. They don't hurt, and there's no rasping, just a "sensitivity" as I breath in.
What is it, and am I ok?

Cold air, maybe? Causes a bit of a burning sensation in mine, especially if climbing at the start of a ride.

It lasts about 10 hours after though. Same today and it was about 11 degrees....
