Sorry only a medical / injury Q I'm afraid!?
So I kinda whacked my shin and outside calf on some rocks on Sunday. Proper lumps in both spots initially (orange sized) - now gone, but looks like the start of some good sized bruises.
I'm totally mobile - could probably tap dance now - but when it comes to walking up stairs I have to pick my leg up to raise it more than say 4 inches off the ground before it hurts (say 4/10 ish).
I can cycle fine (so long as I dont pull up) - but there is no way in hell I can lift my leg over a top tube. So - I'm not going to my doctor (he's pretty useless anyway) - so what can I have injured on the front of my shin to stop me lifting my leg?
I know it'll only take time to heal. Just curious.
