How did you get on - was it easy?

Looking to do my EXM150's soon.

I've had a pair apart. I can't rmemeber which ones they were, but they were pretty easy to pull apart. There really isn't that many ways of holding a suspension fork together, TBH! ๐Ÿ™‚

Strike, take photo's please...I have some 150s that could do with a service, and an oil change

Andy, the only problem I could find with DTs is the lack of service information on the web. Oil volumes etc just don't seem to be as easily available as Rockshox for example.

Be sure to know how much oil goes back in BEFORE you take them apart!

Will do AndyRT, although did you know DT have a service video for the EXM forks on Youtube?

I'm going to buy one an adjustable pin spanner (Wixroyd pin spanner - 4mm pins) to remove the damper unit. I was also wondering what to use instead of the Motorex Supergliss 100K oil, which DT use - I'll use RS RedRum or Fox Float fluid instead, as it appears to be very similar.

The biggest differance on the DT forks seems to be that the threads for the bolts which hold the lowers on, run the opposite way to what is the norm on all other forks!

Pretty sure DT also tell you the oil volumes on the video, but if you get stuck, let me, as I have a pdf file too.
