I've been riding around the Gap up Brecon way in glorious sunshine.
Blue sky's ,no wind, and great ups and downs
Cant think of a better way to spend a Monday.

I did the Wall and Skyline at Afan. Lovely day for it.

I've heard the gap descent has been dumbed down. That true?

Did it yesterday. The first part has been smoothened out with the rock steps. The rest is the same. Still great fun though.

As huqor says, the top 50 meters or so has had the few steps and drop off's removed. No big deal on the whole as the descent is a total blast.

The faster you go the smoother and better it is.

Me. due to an internet banking cock-up i discovered today that i didn't cash that isa in a couple of years ago as i previously thought.
no paper correspondence for a couple of years and no online access due to being told to log into the personal not business section. if i hadn't thrown my toys out the pram over the new key code fob thingy i probably would have remained unaware of it's existence. (yes it's partly my fault for not keeping track of my finances)

Not really. Duplicated shoulder needs surgery. At least 3 months till 'contact sports' ๐Ÿ˜ฅ

Might get a conciliation blow job later though! ๐Ÿ˜†

Duplicated shoulder? I'll try again. Dislocated shoulder.
