I'm feeling like a wee kid on the run up to christmas for this coming weekend, so much so that ive already started to pack! It does however look like prime midge weather.

Doing the school run on friday morning then heading over to chill on friday afternoon with pub lunch somewhere then two days of grinning like a fool regardless of the weather!

Me!! Really looking forward to it! First time up there and it seemed like a great idea for (hopefully) relaxed-ish stag weekend.

I've not decided yet. I've been most years but obviously missed the last couple but don't know if I can be bothered with the drive down and back again. It might come down to a family vote lol

Me! Heading up early Saturday, hotel overnight, head home once its done on Sunday. First time in a few years so excitement is peaking, last time I was lugging my eldest around but thankfully they're both (well) beyond that. I'll probably still be grinning like an eijit just as much as the pic below though. It'll be their first WC event but they've both enjoyed watching WCs on RBTV with me over the years.

I'm sure Mrs a11y positioned me in front of the STW banner deliberately:

STW WC DH

I live there (here?) - haven’t seen a single midge this year. Yet 😀

They're all waiting for the arrival of the world cup weekend before appearing

Aye,

And Comrie, and Glenlivet, and Glenmore, and watching the racing, and Laggan Wolftrax and once all the pesky racers are out of the way Fort Bill again with my bike.

Going to be a hectic trip 🙂

Reckon I'll head down, it's been a few years now.
Most likely do as previously, ride in from Spean then hikeabike up whilst watching the race.
Bomb down Top Chief once the last racer has gone through 🙂

I'm up with some friends. First time I've been for world Cup. Excited and not sure what to expect. Also going to try riding Glencoe, Laggan, Comrie and inners over the next week.

I hoped to ride top chief on Monday but theyve informed us that they are doing work on their septic tank or something on Monday and everything is closed.

Going to be there from Friday till Sunday marshalling. It’s always good fun and hopefully will be busy.

Me!!! Going Friday til Monday. Second time. Hopefully I'll be able to control my inner 12 year old fanboi and not bother all the pros in 'spoons on Saturday night 😊

It's brilliant. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the racing is something else up close and personal!

The weather forecast for this weekend isn't great though. Take proper footwear and waterproofs if you're planning on spending much time on the mountainside. Unless you're a crazy person, then an inflatable dinosaur outfit will be fine.

Midge haven't arrived yet? I live by Fort William and work in the outdoors, they've been here for over a week!
